Moss

Today I learnt that there was some kind of moss that was growing on the upper portions of my cardiac organ. I went to see the doctor, and he said that it was something entirely new. He'd seen it before in a patient only once when he had his forlorn practice in the hills of mongolia.
I asked him what happened to that patient.

the doctor said
"I have named the moss 'ambition's gold.' But it more appropriately should be called 'hope'.
I wonder where it came from.
